What You'll Do6
- 1Own interview scheduling across all departments, managing high volume and tight timelines.
- 2Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
- 3Support recruiting for business, tech, and operations roles, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
- 4Build and send offer letters, coordinating approvals and candidate communication.
- 5Keep pipelines clean and processes moving in Ashby (ATS), tracking candidates and data.
- 6Run FloSports' internship program end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements5
- 10–2 years experience in recruiting, coordination, or administrative support.
- 2Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- 3Strong communicator who follows through on commitments and updates stakeholders.
- 4Proactive and resourceful, comfortable owning your work and solving problems independently.
