Overview

You will own the full lifecycle of intelligence systems engineering, from requirements analysis through integration and verification, across programs of similar scope and complexity. You will work on-site in Hanover, MD, with TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph clearance, directly supporting national security. You will lead design, integration, and technical integrity of systems, with 14+ years of experience. You will guide users, drive technical teams, and ensure compliance with IC privacy and DoDAF standards. This role offers a salary range of 165K–183K and the chance to make a direct impact on mission-critical operations.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Analyze user requirements, concept of operations, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
  • 2Lead design and development activities, guiding users in formulating requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
  • 3Provide technical leadership for integrating requirements, design, and technology into ongoing operations.
  • 4Develop system architecture, design documentation, and technical documentation.
  • 5Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure delivery of production systems compatible with DoDAF and SOA architectures.
  • 6Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB, design reviews, and test reviews across disciplines.
  • 7Generate alternative system concepts, physical architectures, and design solutions.
  • 8Develop derived requirements for IA services, including confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation, and availability.
  • 9Implement comprehensive SOA solutions and operational views using DoDAF standards.
  • 10Plan and support DoD certification and accreditation, including JCIDS documents.

Requirements6

  • 1Active TS/SCI clearance with MD Polygraph required.
  • 214+ years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • 3Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field from accredited institution.
  • 45 years additional SE experience may substitute for degree.
  • 53 years experience in legal or technical aspects of IC Privacy Compliance.
  • 62 years experience with NSA systems architecture.
