Overview
ITC seeks a Top Secret SCI holder with polygraph clearance for a short-term 2-6 month position. This Senior level Systems Engineer role focuses on delivering complex solutions across Systems Software Engineering Cybersecurity Mission Operations Intel Analysis and Management Services. The ideal candidate will lead technical integration and drive architecture design.
What You'll Do11
- 1Analyze user requirements concept of operations documents and high-level system architectures to produce system requirements specifications
- 2Lead design and development activities based on analyzed system requirements
- 3Guide users in requirement formulation advise alternative approaches and conduct feasibility studies
- 4Provide technical leadership integrating requirements design and technology
- 5Incorporate new plans designs and systems into ongoing operations
- 6Develop technical documentation and system architecture design documentation
- 7Plan system development and implementation through system engineering management plans and integration test plans
- 8Interact with government officials regarding systems engineering technical considerations
- 9Ensure technical integrity of all work and deliverables within the systems engineering domain
- 10Communicate with program personnel government overseers and senior executives
- 11Short-term engagement lasting 2-6 months requiring cross domain solutions expertise
Requirements8
- 1TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required
- 2Bachelor's degree in System Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science or related field from accredited institution
- 3Twenty years of SE experience in similar programs contracts is mandatory
- 4Five years of additional SE experience may substitute for bachelor's degree
- 5Experience drafting editing a Data Owner’s Guide is highly desirable
- 6Strong background in Systems Engineering and contract management
- 7Excellent written communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- 8Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
