What You'll Do10
- 1Assist in operations of production section including staff development and profitability
- 2Function as an Assistant Project Manager supporting production and management tasks
- 3Coordinate services with other sections and manage client interactions
- 4Participate in marketing planning and proposal development
- 5Support industrial and public clients in production and marketing matters
- 6Ensure work planning and evaluation through proactive project management
- 7Implement and monitor company policies
- 8Select and develop technical personnel
- 9Collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff nationally
- 10Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements6
- 1Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with Power emphasis
- 2California Professional Engineer license with 7 years experience
- 3Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4Strong communication and leadership skills
- 5Ability to handle multiple assignments
- 6Commitment to employee-owned culture
Salary Insight
$120 - $180k per year
