Support Analyst DCoE
Overview
Manage orders for global ecommerce through all stages of order fulfillment. Support promotion creation and order issue tracking. Work with distribution digitizer embroiderer Order Management Accounting Customer Customer Engagement. Approve logos and digitization within SLAs. Reconcile vendor invoices. Provide standardized reporting and analytics. Lead continuous improvement initiatives. Support personalization strategy and policy. Communicate order processing issues and availability concerns. Ensure clear delivery blocks. Identify process improvements for customer experience. Support global business via promotion creation and management. Author business process guides and conduct training. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support corporate Personalization Strategy and Policy through logo approval terms and conditions while collaborating with digitizer and embroiderer
- 2Enforce SLAs with digitizer and embroiderer as direct point of contact
- 3Monitor and manage all D2B firm orders to communicate processing issues availability quality concerns and resolve delivery blocks
- 4Reconcile invoices from outside vendors
- 5Provide standardized reporting and analytics to track key metrics
- 6Participate in meetings and conference calls to identify improvement areas and communicate feedback to leadership
- 7Support global business through promotion creation and management across D2B and global D2C
- 8Author business process guides and conduct training sessions
- 9Identify process continuous improvement opportunities for customer experience and present findings to cross functional partners
- 10Maintain accurate records using SAP Outlook Excel SalesForce MS Word
- 11Utilize Business Intelligence Data Warehouse tools
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 3-4 years combined Customer Service or Order Fulfillment Management experience
- 2Personalization experience preferred
- 3Knowledge of SAP Outlook Excel SalesForce MS Word
- 4Business Intelligence Data Warehouse proficiency
- 5Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- 6Ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining integrity
- 7Self-motivated independent work style with minimal supervision
- 8Critical thinking and problem solving skills focused on customer service
- 9Excellent organizational prioritization and multitasking capabilities
- 10Physical requirement: extensive phone and computer work with headset provided
