Supply Chain Logistics Analyst
Overview
The Analyst, Supply Chain Logistics oversees third‑party logistics operations for MOBIS North America. This role manages inland operations and customer relations. It includes tracking carrier activities and ensuring accurate shipment data entry.
What You'll Do11
- 1Work directly with carriers to track and trace driver dispatch and monitor in‑time arrivals and departures
- 2Handle correspondence between the MNA team for transportation issues
- 3Maintain shipment records in the Glovis Transportation Management System
- 4Follow the emergency escalation protocol during incidents
- 5Initiate and resolve damage claims or delay issues
- 6Support all MNA operational procedures for customers and carriers
- 7Verify charges in GTMS for accounts payable and receivable
- 8Collect evidence for extra charges and obtain written approval
- 9Cross check proof of delivery and complete AR and AP verification promptly
- 10Coordinate bid processes for additional loads and regular carrier drop orders
- 11Finalize bids and dispatch trucks according to established protocols
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma with 0-2 years experience
- 2Experience in logistics transportation within 2-5 years
- 3Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 4Knowledge of office practices and MS Office applications
- 5Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- 6Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- 7Preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree
- 8Analytical problem solving abilities
- 9Customer service orientation
- 10Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts
