Overview
You will lead the Project Coordinator team at TriMark USA, the largest foodservice equipment provider, and ensure seamless project execution for major clients. What You'll Do9
- 1Manage the Project Coordinator team, assigning workloads and adjusting staffing to match project demand.

- 3Meet with department managers weekly to align on execution strategies for high-priority foodservice installations.
- 4Drive vendor resolution for pricing disputes, shipment delays, and credit memos, reducing project friction.
- 5Ensure orders process within 24 hours and expedite equipment deliveries to meet construction lead times.
- 6Publish weekly status reports on installation schedules and maintain a 95% accuracy rate in project backlog.
- 7Oversee project billing and closeout, resolving discrepancies before invoicing to avoid revenue leakage.
- 8Respond to customer escalations within one business day, maintaining satisfaction scores above 90%.
- 9Build a customer-first culture by modeling accountability, demonstrating I.C.A.R.E. values, and rewarding proactive problem-solving.
Requirements10
- 15+ years in customer service and project coordination, with 3+ years leading training programs in a sales or service environment.
- 21-3 years managing Windows Server environments, including user access and basic troubleshooting.
- 3Associate's degree or equivalent military or practical experience.
- 4Hands-on proficiency in MS Office, JDE, and AutoQuotes.
- 5CFSP certification preferred, with willingness to obtain within 12 months.
- 6Proven track record of managing a team of 5+ coordinators, including resource allocation and performance reviews.
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a superior customer service attitude.
- 8Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven project environment, with sharp analytical skills.
