Overview
Own and lead the continuous operation of production equipment at LG Energy Solution Arizona with a focus on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and coach a technician team to safely complete daily PM BM tasks across shifts
- 2Promote safety, housekeeping, punctuality, attendance and conduct performance reviews
- 3Administer timekeeping and payroll with zero-defect mindset
- 4Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment and controls
- 5Coordinate preventive maintenance with production and troubleshoot in production
- 6Prepare and manage periodic PM schedules and maintain maintenance documentation
- 7Coordinate with outside vendors to schedule complex maintenance
- 8Mentor and train new maintenance technicians
- 9Maintain 5S3R standards for workspace organization
- 10Ensure safe work practices and environment
Requirements11
- 13+ years of managerial or supervisory experience preferred
- 2experience as a maintenance or equipment technician a plus
- 3ability to work overnight and support 12-hour shifts
- 4able to work a compressed week schedule including weekends as required
- 5high school diploma required; advanced education preferred
- 6vocational certification preferred but not required
- 7PLC experience preferred but not required
- 8technical mechanical and electrical knowledge
- 9ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- 10PPE usage and safety compliance
- 11no ad skills field required
