What You'll Do11
- 1Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on automated equipment

- 4Respond to equipment breakdowns and provide technical support during production
- 5Analyze performance trends and recommend reliability improvements
- 6Execute predictive maintenance using condition monitoring tools
- 7Lead TPM initiatives to enhance equipment effectiveness
- 8Support installation commissioning of new manufacturing equipment
- 9Serve as technical resource and mentor for junior technicians
- 10Develop and revise maintenance procedures and technical documentation
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
Requirements11
- 1Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Mechatronics Electrical Technology Automation Technology
- 215+ years industrial maintenance experience in automated manufacturing
- 3Advanced troubleshooting experience with electrical mechanical automation systems
- 4Ability to interpret electrical schematics mechanical drawings pneumatic diagrams hydraulic schematics
- 5Shift work availability including weekends holidays and overtime
- 6Experience with PLC troubleshooting using Mitsubishi PLC
- 7Familiarity with SCADA HMI servo drives VFDs vision systems automated material handling
- 8Knowledge of CMMS software systems
- 9Leaky certifications in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma TPM or Reliability
- 10Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- 11Effective verbal and written communication skills
