Collaborate with owners, architects, and subcontractors through project closeout to deliver compliant final documentation.

  • 3Review and submit RFIs and change orders ensuring accurate responses and distribution
  • 4Oversee QAQC program and safety requirements per company policy on every shift
  • 5Prepare daily reports and project closeout documents including final as-builts and governmental compliance
  • 6Attend safety and project meetings with onsite personnel and required project meetings with owners, architects, and subs
  • 7Manage punch lists and field closeout activities to ensure project handover
  • 8Lead and document all project documentation including commissioning and governmental compliance
  • 9Review submittals for implementation and project needs and coordinate responses
  • 10Maintain project documentation and weekly updates for office review
