Superintendent, Ground Up Construction in Phoenix
Overview
Own on site construction activities from pre planning to completion for ground up projects at scale. Manage CPM schedules weekly and ensure QAQC and safety programs are followed. Coordinate materials, subcontractors, submittals, and daily reports to meet project milestones. Collaborate with owners, architects, and subcontractors through project closeout to deliver compliant final documentation.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage CPM schedule updates weekly to meet critical milestones
- 2Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor schedules to align with project timelines
- 3Review and submit RFIs and change orders ensuring accurate responses and distribution
- 4Oversee QAQC program and safety requirements per company policy on every shift
- 5Prepare daily reports and project closeout documents including final as-builts and governmental compliance
- 6Attend safety and project meetings with onsite personnel and required project meetings with owners, architects, and subs
- 7Manage punch lists and field closeout activities to ensure project handover
- 8Lead and document all project documentation including commissioning and governmental compliance
- 9Review submittals for implementation and project needs and coordinate responses
- 10Maintain project documentation and weekly updates for office review

- 1Experience managing on site day-to-day construction activities on ground up projects
- 2Knowledge of QAQC standards and safety programs as per company policy
- 3Ability to create and manage CPM schedules and weekly updates
- 4Experience coordinating materials and subcontractor services and schedules
- 5Ability to prepare daily reports, as-builts, and closeout documentation
- 6Strong communication skills for meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- 7Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders and commissioning processes
- 8Track record of managing punch lists through project closeout
- 9On site safety coordination and regulatory compliance experience
- 10Location: phoenix, onsite role with competitive pay $85k-$125k per year
