Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Field Leadership & Project Execution: Oversee all on-site construction activities as primary boots on the ground site leader.
- 2Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field staff, and inspectors.
- 3Maintain daily job site safety cleanliness and productivity while conducting foreman and subcontractor meetings.
- 4Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules and update master project schedules.
- 5Anticipate and resolve field-related issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- 6Coordinate site logistics deliveries equipment usage and workforce planning.
- 7Monitor construction work for quality code compliance and specification adherence.
- 8Conduct regular inspections and implement QA/QC protocols throughout all construction phases.
- 9Manage RFI responses submittals and change orders with Project Engineer and PM.
- 10Review and verify subcontractor timesheets field tickets and work progress for billing.
- 11Maintain daily logs photo documentation and field reports.
Requirements5
- 17 years experience in construction with at least 3 years as Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
- 23-5 seasons leadership experience in multifamily housing projects (50-300 units).
- 3OSHA 10 required plus OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification.
- 4Valid driver’s license transportation and proof of insurance for work travel.
- 5Background check clearance and ability to travel to project sites including Newport Beach CA.
