What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead daily field operations on ground-up multifamily projects, directing crews and trade partners
  • 2Manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics to maintain project momentum
  • 3Build and own 3-week look-ahead schedules and sequencing plans, updating them weekly
  • 4Coordinate trade partners and enforce schedule milestones to hit targets
  • 5Oversee quality control, ensuring work matches plans and specifications with precision
  • 6Drive jobsite safety and maintain OSHA compliance through daily audits and toolbox talks
  • 7Run subcontractor meetings to align on sequencing and resolve conflicts
  • 8Partner with Project Managers on budgets, schedules, and project updates, providing field insight
  • 9Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals in Procore and Bluebeam, resolving issues proactively
  • 10Maintain daily reports and site logs, and drive punch list completion, turnover, and closeout

Requirements8

  • 15-10+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
  • 2Ground-up multifamily experience required
  • 3Experience with wood frame, podium, or mixed-use multifamily projects preferred
  • 4Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
  • 5Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining accountability
  • 6Familiarity with inspections, safety requirements, and quality control processes
  • 7Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software required
  • 8Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
