Superintendent leading field operations for technically complex projects at scale across the US 100% travel. You will oversee safety, quality, and schedule on facilities ranging from cleanrooms to data centers. What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead daily huddles and planning sessions to align field teams and schedules
  • 2Oversee field operations and subcontractors ensuring safety, quality, and on time delivery on projects ranging from $1M to over $100M
  • 3Coordinate complex MEP systems and commissioning readiness activities across occupied facilities
  • 4Develop and maintain detailed work plans, sequencing, and logistics for nationwide projects
  • 5Identify constructability issues and schedule risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
  • 6Monitor production rates, site performance, and implement continuous improvements
  • 7Ensure compliance with environmental controls, cleanliness standards, and client protocols
  • 8Maintain effective communication with clients, engineers, and trade partners throughout projects
  • 9Support startup, turnover, and facility activation activities at project completion
  • 10Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers to build a strong field team

Requirements10

  • 1Minimum of 8-10 years experience as a Superintendent on commercial, industrial, or mission critical projects
  • 2Strong knowledge of self-perform construction, MEP coordination, and complex building systems
  • 3Experience with controlled environments or cleanrooms is preferred
  • 4Ability to travel 100% for project assignments across the United States
  • 5OSHA 30-Hour Certification required CPR/AED preferred
  • 6Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on safety and quality
  • 7Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple trades in occupied facilities
  • 8Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation capabilities
  • 9Proven track record delivering on aggressive project milestones
  • 10Willingness to work in fast-paced, technically demanding environments
