Overview
Lead high profile construction projects across the country in a hands-on field role. Oversee safety quality and schedule performance on complex commercial federal and mission critical builds. Travel nationwide including territory sites and be the field leadership driving project execution. This role is ideal for a field proven superintendent who thrives on travel and complex environments.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build on-site construction activities ensuring safety quality and schedule performance
- 2Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field operations
- 3Review drawings specifications schedules and contract documents
- 4Perform site inspections and enforce safety and quality control programs
- 5Maintain daily reports logs punch lists and construction documentation
- 6Coordinate with Project Managers clients inspectors and stakeholders
- 7Lead subcontractor meetings and drive schedule adherence
- 8Support projects for federal agencies critical infrastructure and regulated environments
- 9Promote safety accountability and teamwork on every project
- 10Travel and manage projects across the U.S territories as required
Requirements10
- 15+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- 2Strong field supervision subcontractor management and project execution
- 3Ability to read and interpret drawings specifications and schedules
- 4Knowledge of construction safety quality control and contract compliance
- 5OSHA 30 Certification
- 6USACE CQM Certification
- 7USACE EM385 40-Hour Certification
- 8CPR First Aid Certification
- 9Valid driver's license
- 10Ability to obtain security clearance when required
