You will lead STEM activities for 4,000+ campers across 10+ locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, shaping young minds aged 3-12. You'll join a team of educators and counselors who receive NORY Certification and ongoing coaching. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead campers through interactive STEM activities, guiding their educational and personal development from day one.
- 2Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, following camp safety guidelines to protect all campers.
- 3Coordinate and lead daily camp activities, ensuring dynamic and enriching experiences for every child.
- 4Mentor campers aged 3-12, fostering curiosity and problem-solving skills through hands-on projects.
- 5Collaborate with co-counselors to plan and execute themed weeks, adapting activities to camper interests.
- 6Provide feedback to camp leadership to improve activity quality and camper engagement.
- 7Supervise transitions, lunch, and free time, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- 8Model positive behavior and enthusiasm, creating a joyful camp culture.
