You will own staff development for NORY's summer camps in NYC, training and coaching 200+ camp leaders and counselors who serve 4,000+ campers. You will drive performance improvements through observation, feedback, and strategic coaching. You will collaborate with Site Directors and headquarters teams to elevate teaching quality. This role offers comprehensive STEM training, so no prior STEM background is required. You will become a key player in a fast-growing organization known for its magical camp experience.
