- 8Provide targeted coaching and skill development via weekly one‑on‑one meetings
- 9Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing customer‑focused team
- 10Develop inclusive, diverse, high‑performing teams through efficient processes
- 11Set sales goals timelines and target lists while tracking results
Requirements11
- 15+ years store management experience in retail luxury hospitality
- 2Automotive sales management preferred
- 3Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business sales or related field
- 4Proven ability to lead sales professionals to achieve targets
- 5Data‑driven decision maker accountable to KPIs
- 6Passion for electric vehicles and premium markets
- 7Availability evenings and weekends in retail setting
- 8Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within past year
- 9Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- 10Ability to obtain state DMV licensing where required
- 11Secondary language skill a plus
