Head of Program Portfolio Management Lucid Motors
Overview
Strategic leader who defines and governs the enterprise product portfolio to maximize long term business value and resource efficacy. Serves as central integrator between Product Engineering Finance Manufacturing Commercial and Executive Leadership teams to align product investments with corporate objectives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Establish and lead portfolio governance processes forums and decision frameworks
- 2Chair or facilitate portfolio review meetings and executive decision reviews
- 3Drive alignment on major product investment resource allocation and roadmap decisions
- 4Ensure transparent objective and data driven decision making across the organization
- 5Evaluate and prioritize product technology and capital investment opportunities
- 6Balance portfolio investments across multiple products platforms technologies and timelines
- 7Assess and tradeoff resource constraints organizational capacity and portfolio risks
- 8Monitor roadmap execution and portfolio performance
- 9Guide strategic adjustments as market business or technology conditions evolve
- 10Develop high quality recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis
- 11Support annual planning strategic reviews and investment discussions through fact based analysis and storytelling
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross functional initiatives
- 3Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and strategic planning processes
- 4Exceptional analytical financial and business decision making skills
- 5Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- 6Strategic leadership Portfolio thinking Executive influence Business and Financial Acumen
