Student Records Coordinator GSE Registrar
Overview
The Student Records Coordinator will own executive format in-person intensive scheduling and room reservation requests for GSE events. This role collaborates with GSE Facilities and supports the Registrar with course rostering and doctoral hearings. It involves managing space and student records while ensuring efficient processes.

- 1Manage room reservations through various systems ensuring timely responses based on space prioritization
- 2Address complex issues arising from space constraints and prioritize tasks effectively
- 3Oversee event management applications and evaluate processes for efficiency
- 4Support course rostering classroom scheduling doctoral hearings and registration management
- 5Update the GSE event calendar and coordinate resource allocation for events
- 6Shepherd doctoral hearing defense ballots through workflow systems following up on stalled submissions
- 7Develop systems for GSE event resource coordination
- 8Assist with departmental event planning and maintain accurate student records
- 9Process enrollment and degree verifications providing customer service to students staff and faculty
- 10Interface with stakeholders to resolve registration and scheduling challenges
- 11Provide immediate assistance for student record management inquiries
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma with 5 years experience or equivalent education and experience combination
- 2Proficiency with scheduling systems and experienced in resolving space conflicts
- 3Essential experience handling confidential information and managing priorities
- 4Preferred background in higher education administration
- 5Familiarity with scheduling platforms and process optimization techniques

$52 - $54k per year
