What You'll Do10

  • 1Analyze card performance, customer behavior, and unit economics to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
  • 2Design and measure A/B tests for product changes, marketing campaigns, rewards, and promotions to quantify impact.
  • 3Build dashboards with Sigma or Retool to track key metrics like activation, spend, retention, and interchange revenue.
  • 4Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to turn business questions into structured analyses.
  • 5Develop financial models and business cases for new features, rewards programs, and partnerships.
  • 6Create executive-ready presentations synthesizing complex data into clear recommendations.
  • 7Optimize card economics through spend analysis and rewards strategy, including merchant partnerships.
  • 8Collaborate with engineering to improve data infrastructure and reporting automation.
  • 9Support promotional calendars and rewards programs based on performance data and experiments.
  • 10Execute deep-dive analyses and clean datasets for ad hoc strategic requests.

Requirements9

  • 12-6 years in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or analytical fintech roles.
  • 2Strong quantitative skills with experience solving ambiguous business problems using data.
  • 3Advanced Excel skills for building detailed financial and forecasting models.
  • 4Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Retool, Tableau, or Looker.
  • 5Deep understanding of unit economics, KPIs, and performance measurement.
  • 6Proven ability to partner with Product, Engineering, or Data teams.
  • 7Excellent communication skills for translating analysis into actionable insights.
