What You'll Do11
- 1Define market requirements for digital products and provide structured feedback to Global Product teams to influence roadmap priorities
- 2Drive the U.S. digital product roadmap focusing on digital wallet advancements and CNP solutions
- 3Establish program governance with status reporting and executive updates across concurrent workstreams
- 4Lead cross-functional coalitions aligning Product Technology Pricing Risk Legal Marketing Government Relations and external partners
- 5Identify dependencies resolve bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions to senior leadership
- 6Balance priorities leveraging synergies to maximize commercialization impact
- 7Develop commercial constructs including budgeting pricing incentives and partnership structures
- 8Capture best practices for repeatable go-to-market playbooks
- 9Partner with Client Solutions teams for pilot programs and client engagement
- 10Maintain executive communications ensuring visibility into progress risks and decisions
- 11Support billing reporting and performance tracking for operational rigor
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 26+ years relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree
- 3Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving
- 4Proven payments fintech or digital commerce experience
- 5Advanced degree or additional relevant experience required
- 6Excellent communication client facing presentation skills
- 7Ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed environments
- 8Experience with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint MicroStrategy Tableau
- 9Self starter collaborative owner mindset with execution focus
- 10Extensive experience leading large-scale complex programs
