- 7Monitor product performance and financial results to optimize outcomes
- 8Support annual planning budgeting and commercialization activities
- 9Lead strategic initiatives and innovation efforts
- 10Collaborate with external partners and issuers
- 11Apply Agile principles throughout design and development processes
Requirements10
- 18+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree
- 2Preferred: 9+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7+ years with an advanced degree
- 3Minimum 3 days in office requirement confirmed by hiring manager
- 4Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- 5Proficiency in digital tools and emerging technologies such as Generative AI platforms
- 6Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- 7Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
- 8Background in product management or related roles
- 9Experience with Agile methodologies and complex project management
- 10Track record of translating technical concepts into client-facing narratives
