Overview
We seek a Senior Product Manager Core Experience to lead our Core team in San Francisco. You will own the connective tissue between Personal Loans and Credit Card products, building an intelligent unified customer experience that transforms a portfolio of financial products into a cohesive platform. Your primary KPI is ARPU while driving cross-product adoption. This role requires strategic vision and execution excellence.
What You'll Do11
- 1Unify experience across Loans and Cards by identifying customer journey seams and creating seamless transitions
- 2Define and ship intelligent cross-product journeys that reduce friction and deepen engagement
- 3Design logic for introducing new products to customers at the optimal moment
- 4Build decision frameworks that convert product recommendations into genuine financial guidance
- 5Develop AI strategy for core products focusing on measurable improvements in decisioning and personalization
- 6Own ARPU as a first-class metric through data-driven iteration and experimentation
- 7Create concrete roadmaps for AI integration across the platform
- 8Lead backlog ownership and resolve stakeholder conflicts
- 9Partner with design engineering and data science teams to execute strategies
- 10Communicate progress and trade-offs to leadership without being prompted
- 11Articulate the why behind prioritization decisions using data and customer insights
Requirements10
- 16+ years of product management experience with proven success in consumer-facing products
- 2At least 2 years in fintech lending or credit domains
- 3Demonstrated success shipping AI/ML-powered features at scale
- 4Experience in platform or ecosystem-level product development
- 5Strong data fluency with SQL and experimental design capabilities
- 6Bachelor's degree required with technical degree or MBA as a plus
- 7High ownership mindset with low ego and ability to make difficult calls
- 8Expertise in customer empathy within financial services
- 9Proven track record of influencing stakeholders across engineering design legal and C-suite
- 10Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through clear documentation and presentations
