- 110+ years progressive leadership across product engineering or financial platforms
- 2Record of building launching and scaling revenue generating products
- 3Technical foundation including digital assets stablecoins blockchain payment rails cross-border flows settlement liquidity and regulatory considerations
- 4Strong commercial judgment financial fluency and ability to link product decisions to revenue margin market position and enterprise value
- 5Cross-functional leadership experience influencing engineering GTM operations finance customer success or other business functions
- 6Analytical rigor systems thinking and cognitive agility with emotional intelligence to influence personalities absorb dissent and make sound decisions under pressure
- 7Proven talent builder developing leaders creating accountability and operating with curiosity resilience humility and low ego
- 8Experience leading distributed multicultural teams collaborating across US and LATAM
- 9Fluent professional English required
- 10Preferred experience as engineer technical product leader solutions architect or similar role with hands-on software systems understanding
- 11Experience integrating acquired company consolidating product lines or migrating customers to unified platform
- 12Deep expertise in B2B payments embedded finance treasury management office of the cfo erp ecosystems or api-first financial infrastructure
- 13Working knowledge of US and LATAM payments banking data security and regulatory environments
- 14Professional fluency in Spanish
- 15AI-native leadership demonstrating ai agentic systems integration in product development research analytics decision support customer experiences or operating workflows
