Requirements11
- 1Minimum 3 years industry experience in Data Science Software Engineering or Finance
- 2Strong AI proficiency as a lever to quickly adopt new skills and subject matter
- 3Track record of shipping high quality products and features at scale
- 4Ability to thrive in fast-paced start-up environment focusing on iterative technical solutions
- 5Familiarity with financial metrics and processes including contribution profit financial statements monthly close
- 6Strong knowledge of SQL preferring platforms like Redshift Snowflake or BigQuery
- 7Experience with BI tools such as Looker Omni Sigma or Hex
- 8Nice-to-have experience with modern data stack tools like Fivetran Snowflake dbt Looker or Hightouch
- 9Strong intuition on business strategy and customer empathy ROI growth channels sales cycles customer incentives
- 10Perspective on analytics engineering development cycle including data modeling version control documentation testing and best practices
- 11Experience partnering with finance teams or within payments and financial technology space
