Product Data Scientist
Overview
Lead data science initiatives to improve funnel efficiency and drive business KPIs by translating insights into actionable recommendations. Build AI/ML stack solutions and independently deploy them into production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges.
What You'll Do5
- 1Improve funnel efficiency and drive business KPIs by partnering with the Product team to optimize application processes
- 2Develop and automate reporting and monitoring around funnel performance metrics using SQL and Python
- 3Partner with business units to design AI/ML solutions for application and applicant verification optimization
- 4Assess third-party vendor capabilities and align them with organizational goals
- 5Foster a culture of continuous learning and celebrate frequent wins while providing actionable insights
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Statistics Mathematics Operational Research Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related field
- 2Masters or PhD preferred
- 33+ years of experience analyzing data and delivering business insights
- 41+ year experience in AI development and deployment
- 5Strong Python and SQL proficiency required
- 6Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating quantitative concepts
Salary Insight
$85 - $100k per year
