What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct in-depth advice conversations to assess participants’ overall financial health
- 2Utilize proprietary financial planning software to deliver detailed investment reviews
- 3Customize and implement actionable financial plans using analytical tools
- 4Lead one-on-one consultations and group education sessions virtually and in-person
- 5Document participant interactions in Salesforce ensuring compliance
- 6Achieve measurable outcomes by meeting service level agreements and performance goals
- 7Build and maintain strategic partnerships internally and externally
- 8Collaborate with Empower Personal Wealth to refer suitable participants
- 9Travel to client sites as needed up to 50% of the time
- 10Maintain strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- 11Work independently managing a personal book of business
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 27+ years relevant financial services experience
- 3FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 registrations required
- 4Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- 5Strategic thinker with ability to manage a personal book of business
- 6Deep understanding of defined contribution plans and investment management
- 7Ability to travel to client sites up to 50%
- 8Proficiency with investment planning tools and financial wellness platforms
- 9Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- 10Salesforce proficiency or other CRM systems
