Overview
Lead and motivate senior retirement consultants specializing in large mega and not-for-profit employer-sponsored plans. Drive team performance and operational excellence while fostering a culture of inclusion and employee well‑being.
What You'll Do11
- 1Drive high performing senior teams to achieve deepening customer goals and expert knowledge of plan rules and procedures
- 2Develop strategies to increase employee adoption of new products and services
- 3Manage headcount targets across segments and collaborate with other managers to ensure promotions and transitions meet staffing goals
- 4Execute retention initiatives to maintain high levels across outbound campaigns
- 5Monitor segment service level metrics and improve call quality
- 6Drive adoption of new tools and products through partner collaboration
- 7Act as a supervisory leader approving fiduciary advice and new account openings
- 8Address escalated issues and identify trends to proactively resolve them
- 9Maintain compliance with supervisory controls and conduct regular audits
- 10Coach and develop performance plans for associates
- 11Participate in company meetings and set individual goals
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with FINRA Series 7 24 and 63 registrations within corporate timelines
- 2Series 9 or 10 FINRA license acceptable in lieu of Series 24 registration
- 3FINRA fingerprinting completed
- 43-5 years of relevant sales experience in financial services
- 5Proven success leading sales teams and managing sophisticated client concerns
- 6Ability to handle stress and mentor experienced associates
- 7Strong written and verbal consulting skills
- 8Familiarity with IRA and qualified retirement plan environments
- 9Excellent knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications
