Overview
The Client Relationship Manager will own and grow the client base across Ohio Indiana Kentucky while reporting to the Director. This role focuses on building strong relationships and driving plan improvements to meet customer goals.
What You'll Do12
- 1Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key personnel
- 2Manage daily operations and servicing of group retirement plan clients
- 3Maintain compliance calendars for each client to ensure timely execution of required annual tasks
- 4Facilitate client inquiries and service requests proactively
- 5Meet with board members committees and C-suite executives for plan reviews
- 6Coordinate pre and post-meeting tasks such as preparing reports and minutes
- 7Partner with home office to coordinate audit support and plan changes
- 8Engage in client retention and growth initiatives within assigned book of clients
- 9Seek opportunities to enhance service models and increase plan contributions
- 10Work with Plan Sponsor and Participant Account Specialist to design education campaigns
- 11Conduct group education presentations and participant 1:1 meetings
- 12Attend client events and maintain Salesforce data
Requirements11
- 1Excellent business writing presentation and public speaking skills
- 2Comfortable presenting to groups and C-suite executives
- 3Client relationship management experience
- 4Ability to handle pressure prioritize and multitask
- 5Flexible availability ability to work remote
- 6Active FINRA Series 6 license or obtain within first year
- 7Valid driver’s license
- 8Bachelor’s degree
- 9Prior group retirement plan industry experience
- 10Knowledge of corporate retirement plans including 403(b) 401(k) and 457 plans
- 11Understanding of retirement plan rules and regulations
