Stormwater Maintenance Sales Representative
Overview
Own stormwater maintenance sales for commercial properties across Philadelphia, closing long-term service contracts and resolving PWD violations. You'll work with property managers, engineers, and township officials, reading site plans to identify maintenance needs. This role pairs technical stormwater knowledge with direct sales, offering a chance to build a client base and drive revenue. 5+ years in outside sales or stormwater management is key.
What You'll Do8
- 1Track down commercial properties in need of stormwater maintenance and secure long-term service contracts.
- 2Address PWD violations by coordinating required repairs and maintenance with clients and contractors.
- 3Read record drawings, site plans, and utility plans to assess underground stormwater basin needs.
- 4Create and review service cost determinations for each project, ensuring accurate pricing and profitability.
- 5Attend meetings with township engineers and other stakeholders to discuss compliance and project scopes.
- 6Maintain client relationships, providing clear communication on maintenance schedules and costs.
- 7Drive new business by networking with property managers and commercial real estate contacts.
- 8Prepare proposals and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to support sales pitches.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree required.
- 25+ years in sales, preferably in stormwater management or related environmental services.
- 3Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 4Familiarity with stormwater systems and underground basin drawings.
- 5Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Philadelphia.
- 6Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and regulatory interactions.
- 7Ability to read and interpret site plans, utility plans, and engineering drawings.
