What You'll Do9

Requirements8
- 11+ years of outside sales or door-to-door sales experience, preferably in home improvement or restoration.
- 2Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment.
- 3Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to de-escalate homeowner concerns.
- 4Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and walking on uneven terrain.
- 5Valid driver's license with clean driving record; reliable transportation required.
- 6Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during storm seasons.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent; college degree fine but not required.
- 8Background, motor vehicle, and drug employment checks will be required.
