What You'll Do11
- 1Serve and educate customers on product portfolio using active listening to clarify information and resolve complaints
- 2Escalate unresolved issues to District Director of Operations and Corporate Office
- 3Handle cash management including counting deposits moving cash from safe and reconciling discrepancies
- 4Balance batch receipts with sales reports and process transactions per company policy
- 5Maintain staff schedules and cover other district stores
- 6Support assistant store managers with recruitment selection and onboarding
- 7Ensure compliance with federal state regulations and company policies
- 8Process loans check cashing and Net Spend transactions
- 9Coordinate operations development and training to achieve metric targets
- 10Provide reliable personal transportation complying with company policy must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- 11Live and embody core values of accountability inclusivity transparency and focus
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma GED or equivalent experience 2+ years sales customer service and cash handling 1+ year supervisory experience preferred
- 2Exceptional customer service active listening verbal and written communication skills
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office ability to multitask prioritize and work autonomously
- 4Personal reliable transportation valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- 5Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with reasonable accommodations
- 6Travel to all district stores with personal vehicle possible overnight trips
- 7Work assigned shifts as scheduled
