Staffing and Recruitment Specialist leads end-to-end hiring for PATH in Los Angeles, guiding the process from posting to placement at scale. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build job descriptions and ads that align with legal and contractual requirements while attracting top talent
  • 2Open positions in the applicant tracking system and coordinate the hiring process between applicants and managers
  • 3Source and prescreen resumes to match qualifications with job requirements and conduct candidate interviews
  • 4Interview applicants to assess qualifications, experience, and education and document outcomes
  • 5Develop relationships with job boards and recommend boards for open roles to maximize reach
  • 6Maintain EEO compliance in ads and hiring decisions to ensure equitable recruiting
  • 7Maintain accurate applicant data in compliance with legal requirements
  • 8Attend job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events to build pipelines
  • 9Perform internal reporting on staffing metrics and trends
  • 10Stay current on federal and state talent acquisition laws and requirements

Requirements10

  • 1Three (3) years of staffing and recruitment experience across organization levels or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 2Have employment eligibility verification and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
  • 3Complete Tuberculosis test and background screening and pass drug test as a condition of hire
  • 4Demonstrate ability to travel or work on-site as required by PATH
  • 5Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for work vehicles
  • 6Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. with PATH not sponsoring visas

  • 9Experience maintaining compliance with privacy, data handling, and recruitment records
