What You'll Do11
- 1Execute recruiting order fulfillment and service operations to achieve 100% on-time order fulfillment
- 2Interview applicants legally and make hiring decisions offering qualified job assignments
- 3Administer pre-employment tests and enter results following standard procedures
- 4Complete all required paperwork ensuring accuracy and compliance
- 5Maintain quality control calls with clients and associates
- 6Make outbound sales calls to skill market candidates
- 7Communicate regularly with sales staff about order status and client satisfaction
- 8Counsel discipline and terminate temporary associates when appropriate
- 9Ensure service operations comply with policies and regulations
- 10Schedule Monday through Friday 8 hour shifts with overtime potential
- 11Work weekends as needed
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certification: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 33-5 seasons of relevant experience
- 4Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- 5Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- 6Ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues with urgency
- 7Proven ability to schedule and manage multiple priorities
- 8Commitment to superior customer service standards
- 9Experience in a customer service role preferred
- 10Knowledge of benefits packages including health dental vision and supplemental insurance
