We seek a dynamic relationship-driven Recruiter for our Atlanta/Fulton area staffing location. This role partners with clients and talent to thrive in a fast-paced sales-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented team-focused and experienced in building flexible employee pipelines.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business development and ensure client satisfaction and employee retention
- 2Proactively recruit to maintain a pipeline of qualified flexible and full-time employees
- 3Conduct 1:1 behavioral interviews with candidates
- 4Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws such as Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment
- 5Maintain accurate documentation of recruiting and order activities
- 6Collect weekly timecards and submit to payroll
- 7Implement corporate programs and branch initiatives in a timely manner
- 8Drive scaling of recruitment efforts across multiple teams
- 9Lead cross-functional projects to improve hiring efficiency
- 10Analyze workforce metrics to identify talent gaps
- 11Collaborate with managers to align staffing strategies with business goals
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading sales teams
- 35+ years experience with Salesforce CRM
- 44+ years managing recruitment processes
- 52-5 years background in HR technology
- 6Strong business writing skills
- 7Excellent problem-solving abilities
- 8Proficiency in Excel
- 9Knowledge of labor laws
- 10Effective communication skills
