What You'll Do16
- 1Demonstrate critical thinking to determine appropriate patient care levels
- 2Collect and document patient health data systematically and timely
- 3Conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence-based care plans
- 4Implement interventions safely and effectively while documenting actions
- 5Collaborate on timely patient placements following hospital policy
- 6Participate in peer interviews and review processes
- 7Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
- 8Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare providers
- 9Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- 10Maintain regulatory compliance and organizational policies
- 11Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- 12Act as a patient advocate ensuring rights and needs are met
- 13Manage medical supplies and equipment efficiently
- 14Ensure safe handoff communication and documentation
- 15Follow CDC guidelines and enforce safety regulations
- 16Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 1Register Nurse RN license and Basic Life Support CPR Certification
- 2Traumatic Nurse Course Certification preferred
- 3Associate's degree in Nursing required
- 4Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
- 52+ years acute hospital nursing experience
- 6Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform essential job functions
- 7Valid Florida driver's license
- 8Background screening clearance
- 9Strong English communication skills
- 10Ability to obtain and maintain current certifications
