What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients physical mental and emotional health
- 2Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings
- 3Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans according to outcomes
- 4Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare teams
- 5Utilize advanced cardiac life support pediatric advanced life support and apex innovations nihss tools
- 6Lead acute-care nursing initiatives and drive process improvements
- 7Navigate microsoft windows-based software systems independently
- 8Make critical decisions under pressure while managing stress appropriately
- 9Collaborate effectively in high-acuity environments with diverse healthcare providers
- 10Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
- 11Participate in continuous learning and professional development programs
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 12 months post-orientation proficiency requirement
- 2Associate's degree in nursing required bachelor's preferred
- 312+ lead EKG experience required 1+ acute hospital experience preferred
- 4Florida RN license basic life support cpr certificate advanced cardiac life support pediatric advanced life support apex innovations nihss certification
- 5Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift patient equipment
- 6Strong English communication skills both spoken and written
- 7Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced clinical settings
- 8Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives
- 9Willingness to engage in purposeful patient interactions and community outreach
- 10Flexibility to adapt to rotating shift schedules including weekends
Salary Insight
$64 - $108k per year
