What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient physiological psychological developmental sociocultural spiritual and lifestyle factors
- 2Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care
- 3Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring for adverse reactions
- 4Educate patients and families about health conditions treatments and self-care strategies
- 5Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care
- 6Maintain accurate documentation of patient information care activities and outcomes
- 7Utilize advanced reasoning skills to assess patient outcomes and revise care plans accordingly
Requirements7
- 1Associates of Nursing degree required with preference for Bachelor's of Nursing
- 21+ acute care hospital experience preferred with labor delivery specialization
- 3Valid Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support CPR certification
- 4Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications
- 5Physical ability to perform essential job functions as outlined in the linked requirements
- 6Fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based applications
- 7Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem solving abilities
