Overview
Lead the development of an Operations Analysis tool at Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems COTE Survivability Design and Analysis center. Oversee a 9/80 schedule while driving mission effectiveness through physics based modeling. Shape product roadmap and coordinate cross functional teams to deliver solutions for warfighter survivability.
What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as the Product Owner of a software development team
- 2Maintain budget updates and manage staffing plans
- 3Collaborate with NGPCN lab manager for hardware and software resources
- 4Coordinate with multiple engineering teams to prioritize stakeholder needs
- 5Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions for government needs
- 6Own the integrated product roadmap aligning software capabilities with mission requirements
- 7Iterate the product roadmap based on evolving stakeholder priorities
- 8Decompose stakeholder needs to create and prioritize the product backlog
- 9Drive team performance to meet sprint and release commitments
- 10Escalate and remove impediments while participating in status reporting
- 11Participate in Program Increment planning to align objectives with business value
Requirements14
- 1Bachelor's degree in STEM from accredited university with 12 years professional experience or Master's with 10 years experience
- 2Ph.D. with 8 years in engineering software development
- 32+ years CAM experience
- 42+ years EVM experience
- 5Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance
- 6Knowledge of MATLAB Python C# or C/C++
- 7Experience with radar principles signal processing target acquisition tracking
- 8Familiarity with air vehicle sensors data processing fusion navigation systems
- 9Experience with USAF modeling tools AFSIM Suppressor ESAMS STK
- 10Systems engineering and test experience
- 11Atlassian tool suite proficiency
- 12Product Owner certification with 5+ years experience
- 13TS SCI clearance or SAP clearance
- 14Excellent verbal and written communication skills
