What You'll Do11
- 1Lead hardware development and sustainment while guiding teams through product implementation and integrations
- 2Conduct pre-review assessments to ensure system readiness before formal design reviews
- 3Collaborate with integrated product teams and stakeholders to mature systems architecture for large programs
- 4Design and deliver product proposals while demonstrating budget and scheduling proficiency
- 5Mentor engineers in architecture and design while building strong technical networks
- 6Perform technical planning and support design reviews using proven methodologies
- 7Oversee site surveys, installations, and documentation for comprehensive system infrastructure
- 8Drive product deliveries and coordinate cross-functional teams spanning all experience levels
- 9Maintain secret clearance and conduct continuous evaluation investigations
- 10Apply expertise in network engineering and system administration across diverse technologies
- 11Produce detailed interface documentation for complex system interactions
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of leadership experience in systems engineering
- 3Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline with 10 years of related experience
- 4Active U.S. Government Secret clearance valid at application time
- 5Proficiency in CPC Card certification preferred
- 6Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment with diverse assignments
- 7Strong mentorship skills for engineering team development
- 8Experience with NG-OPIR or similar space/ground segment defense systems
- 9Expertise in CAM processes for project control and budget management
- 10Excellent communication abilities for technical presentations to senior leadership
