Integration and Test Principal Mechanical Engineer leading I&T for space vehicles in Phoenix AZ. What You'll Do11
- 1Design and execute integration test plans for space flight hardware
- 2Develop detailed work instructions and test procedures adhering to DOD TS/SCI standards

- 9Obtain and retain required DOD TS/SCI and SAP clearances

Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience and 3 years with a Master’s degree
- 2Proven experience in aerospace systems integration and test activities
- 3Active DOD TS/SCI security clearance and ability to maintain it
- 4Expertise in spacecraft subsystems design and mission operations
- 5Hands‑on experience with 3‑D modeling tools and regulatory compliance
- 6Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects in highly regulated environments
- 7Familiarity with defense sector regulations and quality management systems
- 8Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
