What You'll Do11
- 1Design and develop test procedures adhering to aerospace standards

- 5Ensure compliance with DOD TS/SCI security protocols
- 6Coordinate with cross functional teams during launch preparation
- 7Create detailed documentation for hardware configurations
- 8Implement 5S/FOD and lean manufacturing practices
- 9Maintain safe and productive work centers daily
- 10Report operational status to I&T managers regularly
- 11Develop corrective actions for non-conforming conditions
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2 years related experience
- 2DOD TS/SCI clearance required
- 3Proficiency with 3-D modeling tools
- 4Experience in integration test environments
- 5Familiarity with aerospace systems and spacecraft subsystems
- 6Ability to lead engineering teams
