Overview
Lead development and analysis of campaign simulations for the Campaign Analysis Program within the Systems Engineering organization. Own the creation of simulation models and provide technical guidance to improve OA and Systems Engineering processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that address fleet sizing and operational challenges. This Engineer or Principal Engineer role drives innovation in modeling and analysis to shape future capabilities.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and build campaign-level simulation models translating CONOPs into behavioral logic
- 2Develop test strategies and translate requirements into actionable analysis plans
- 3Ensure compliance with NG processes and industry standards through rigorous validation
- 4Deliver stakeholder presentations on complex technical findings and solutions
- 5Lead cross-functional initiatives to solve fleet sizing and operational optimization problems
- 6Maintain secret clearance and contribute to SAP acquisition process within six months
- 7Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative problem-solving environments
- 8Drive continuous improvement of simulation methodologies and tool utilization
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years relevant experience OR Master's with partial experience at Engineer level
- 2Secret clearance with background investigation completed within 6 years
- 3Expertise in Objected Oriented Simulation and campaign-level modeling
- 4Proficiency with AFSIM CFAM STORM COSAGE tools and Python for simulation
- 5Familiarity with wargaming virtual simulation and multi-resolution modeling techniques
- 6Strong analytical skills for optimizing systems engineering processes and OA frameworks
- 7Experience with linear nonlinear optimization models and SAP clearance acquisition
- 8Ability to communicate technical outcomes to executive leadership and technical audiences
