What You'll Do10
- 1Build and lead integrated product teams to achieve sustainment goals
- 2Design scalable solutions for field maintenance and resource transportation
- 3Drive cost and schedule targets through disciplined metric monitoring
- 4Develop proposals and manage scope for complex projects
- 5Resolve critical cost scope and schedule issues
- 6Establish roadmaps aligning program and product objectives
- 7Support risk and opportunity processes while interacting with customers
- 8Travel domestically and internationally as needed
- 9Deliver system‑specific training and present to executive leadership
- 10Maintain strong communication with program and product leads
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 210 years of relevant engineering or project management experience
- 3Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance
- 4U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility
- 5Proficiency with EVMS or similar program management tools
- 6Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams
- 7Integrated Product Team lead background
- 8DoD sustainment or product support experience with Air Force programs
- 9Radar or sensor system expertise
- 10Proposal development and management skills
- 11Master Phase Schedules/Integrated Master Schedules experience
