What You'll Do10

  • 2Coordinate site tours, prepare sales packets, and maintain the booking calendar for high-volume events
  • 3Document event needs, track agreements, and process deposits to secure bookings
  • 4Partner with on-site catering to develop food and beverage packages that meet client requirements
  • 5Prepare invoices and refunds to finalize event financials and reconciliation
  • 6Collaborate with marketing teams to promote Scottsdale Stadium across channels and events
  • 7Update the stadium website, social media, and public postings weekly to boost visibility
  • 8Support Spring Training operations and year-round facility activities with strong attention to detail
  • 9Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate information flow

Requirements5

  • 1High School diploma or GED
  • 2Two years of experience coordinating events, activities, and contracts
