Sr Program Manager, Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems for Aerospace
Overview
Own end to end program leadership for development qualification and transition to production of advanced Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems for Defense and Space markets. Lead crossfunctional teams to define scope objectives and deliverables aligned with business goals and customer requirements. Develop and implement project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation ensuring efficient execution and cost effectiveness. Monitor progress ensure adherence to timelines and budgets and report to the Director of Program Management. Hybrid work from Tempe AZ and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Control Systems business unit.
