Sr. Facilities Analyst | CMMS & Property Management
Overview
You will own facility operations for a 140,000-square-foot site, coordinating all maintenance and vendor activity to keep the space running. You work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, with a premier telecommunications client, reporting through CBRE's global platform. Your team includes Property Managers, landlords, and cross-functional partners who depend on you to resolve issues fast. This role demands precision: every work order, inspection, and invoice you handle directly impacts client satisfaction and compliance. What You'll Do9
- 1Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with vendors, scheduling work to meet urgent deadlines.
- 2Conduct daily site walks to catch issues before they escalate, logging findings in CMMS.
- 3Inspect systems and infrastructure for code compliance, documenting gaps and recommending fixes.
- 4Own vendor invoicing and purchase orders, tracking costs against the budget.
- 5Serve as the first point of contact for client requests, answering within minutes.
- 6Manage work orders in CMMS from creation to close, ensuring nothing slips.
- 7Collaborate with trades staff on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

- 9Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
Requirements8
- 12-5 years in facilities management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or real estate preferred.
- 3Hands-on CMMS experience: creating, assigning, and closing work orders.
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- 5Solid grasp of commercial lease terms and property management concepts.
- 6Track record of managing vendors and holding them accountable for performance.
- 7Strong analytical skills: you can dissect budgets, invoices, and financial reports.
- 8Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
