Procurement Analyst CBRE San Francisco
Overview
The Procurement Analyst supports a leading supplier of wafer-fabrication equipment in Fremont CA. This onsite role offers conditional hybrid flexibility. Responsibilities include onboarding suppliers managing purchase orders maintaining vendor records and analyzing supplier performance reports. The analyst acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders and clients ensuring compliance and data integrity.
What You'll Do11
- 1Facilitate supplier onboarding and risk assessments using GMRS and Achilles platforms
- 2Maintain supplier records vendor databases purchase order trackers and contract repositories
- 3Monitor evaluate and report on supplier performance using established processes
- 4Research suppliers and obtain pricing information based on business requirements
- 5Resolve escalated supplier payment issues including bank information updates
- 6Serve as backup support to finance team training analysts on purchase order creation
- 7Support contract administration drafting reviewing renewing and amending agreements
- 8Provide administrative and customer support data entry scheduling meetings and facilitating communications
- 9Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and compliance
- 10Apply foundational procurement vendor management and business principles
- 11Demonstrate professionalism aligning with CBRE RISE values
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
- 2Strong spreadsheet skills Excel Smartsheet or similar
- 3Ability to filter sort and organize data sets effectively
- 4Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook
- 5Intermediate math skills calculating percentages and financial figures
- 6Current US work authorization
- 7Experience with supplier onboarding and contract management
- 8Knowledge of procurement and vendor management practices
