What You'll Do15

  • 1Manage facilities operations across global sites including building systems HVAC electrical janitorial security and general maintenance
  • 2Establish consistent facilities standards while adapting to local requirements
  • 3Serve as escalation point for facilities issues worldwide
  • 4Lead build-out of new headquarters in Santa Clara coordinating with architects contractors and stakeholders
  • 5Plan and execute space reconfiguration across global sites to match rapid headcount growth
  • 6Manage furniture signage and move logistics for expansions relocations and new site openings
  • 7Own lease administration renewals and vendor contract management across regions
  • 8Source and negotiate contracts with facilities vendors including janitorial security and construction providers
  • 9Manage facilities insurance programs in coordination with Finance and Legal
  • 10Track global facilities budget monitor spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • 11Partner with Engineering to translate lab space needs into project plans and budgets
  • 12Ensure workplace safety compliance and support incident response training
  • 13Maintain sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement across facilities footprint
  • 14Own employee experience programs and support company events and executive visits
  • 15Act as visible point of contact for workplace matters across all sites

Requirements14

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management Engineering Business or related field with 10+ years progressive facilities management experience
  • 2Proven experience managing multiple sites across regions ideally in semiconductor or technology sector
  • 3Demonstrated success leading corporate build-outs relocations and major capital projects from planning through occupancy
  • 4Strong track record negotiating vendor contracts and commercial real estate leases
  • 5Knowledge of building systems insurance and applicable codes across multiple jurisdictions
  • 6Excellent project and budget management skills with ability to handle concurrent projects across time zones
  • 7Strong communication abilities working effectively with employees site leaders and senior executives
  • 8Proficiency with facilities management software and Excel budgeting tools
  • 9Preference for experience in publicly traded semiconductor companies
  • 10Familiarity with cleanroom or specialized technical space requirements
  • 11PMP or similar project management certification preferred
  • 12Experience establishing facilities operations in new countries or opening new sites
  • 13Compensation range $154,710 to $221,230 plus commission and equity grants
  • 14Bachelor's degree required with relevant professional experience
