Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma GED or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- 2Prior shift leader or supervisory experience required
- 3Facilities maintenance training with CMMS experience required
- 4HVAC experience preferred
- 5Physical stamina including stooping standing walking climbing stairs/ladders and lifting 50 lbs or more
- 6Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions
- 7Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions impacting business operations
- 8In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word Excel Outlook
- 9Expert organizational skills advanced inquisitive mindset
